After this Court reset the Pretrial Conference from May 30, 2006 to May 31, 2006, the Court was reminded by counsel that the Court granted the Motion to Take Trial Deposition of Pete Heere and that the deposition was to take place on May 31, 2006 in La Paz County. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Pretrial Conference will be held on the original date of May 30, 2006 but at 2:30 p.m instead of 3:00 p.m.
