16 within the La Paz Defendants’ Supplemental Disclosure
17 The Defense apparently intends to attempt to try and use documents that are irrelevant to the
18 issues in this matter before the Jury.
19 Plaintiff moves this Court to disallow the La Paz Defendants Supplemental Discloure Issue
20 125. La Paz County Zoning Ordinances, Bates Number LPC00O578-000665. These Zoning
21 Ordinances are not the Ordinances that govemed Plaintiffs property.
22 Plaintiffs property was grandfathered and considered Non-Conforming use as evidenced by
