14 Comes now Plaintiff} James W. Field, Noticing the Court that on October @@006 pursuant
15 to Fed.R.Civ.P 26 Plaintiff served Supplemental Disclosure to the Defendants.
16 Disclosure includes rent receipts (lost income) Daily Sales Receipts (lost Income). Also
17 Office Rental Receipts (added expenses), Storage Rental Receipts (added expenses), and House
18 Rental Receipts (added expenses) and included is a Judgment in Forcible Detainer against Plaintiff
19 from his Mortgage Company after being evicted from his property after 15 years of ownership, nom
20 the La Paz Cotmty Superior Cotut, due to being unable to pay his payments, because he was no
Ti 21 longer allowed to run his business after Defendants violated Mr. Fields r'hts by shutting his
22 electricity off with out notice, (Actual Damages) as well as a few of Plaintiffs Assistanfs time cards
23 (Added Expenses) Additionally, Plaintiff having previously been Granted leave to proceed in Forma
24 Pauperis and due to the large amount of documents and the cost of copying said documents notice i

1 hereby given that all documents on the database will be available for review and copying at the
2 Pretrial Conference. l
3 Plaintiff at this time has also disclosed a Tape recorded by Plaintiffs Assistant, on October 15,
4 2002, of a meeting in Parker between Plaintiff and the La Paz County Officials t.hat terminated
5 Plaintiffs Electricity on November 12 2002, in which Guy Gorman admits that as it stood the electic
6 was up to code and he claims he would revisit Plaintiffs property that same day and Green Tape the
Rh 7 electrical system so that APS could re-energize Plaintiffs property once APS returned the meter they
I 8 removed from said property .
9 Included in the supplemental disclosure is a 2"d tape recorded by Mr. Field Assistant, this one
10 of a telephone conversation between Guy Gonnan and James Field on November 19, 2002. The
ll conversation is in reference to Plaintiffs power being disconnected. During this conversation @
' 12 Gorman admits that he had the power shut off and that he could keep it off for a very long time if Mr.
13 Field wished. He also admits that the power on the property was no longer the issue. Plaintiff has
14 already forwarded a transcript of the 2"° tape to the parties and after the lst tape is transcribed
15 Plaintiff will forward a copy to Defendants.
