Plaintiff's request for a transcript for appeal is premature. No final appealable judgment has been entered. No judgment will be entered until after the re-trial of Plaintiff's claims against Defendant's Weekley and Gorman. IT IS ORDERED denying Plaintiff's Motion Requesting the Court to Order Court Reporter to Prepare Trial Transcript for Plaintiff. (doc. 255).
