19 Plaintiff is requesting the Court tp Order the Court Reporter to prepare the trial transcript of
20 the 4 day Jury Trial, “Field v. Brad Wefkley et. a!” held June 13 — 16 2006 before Judge Susan
21 Bolton. Due to the fact that Mr. Pield has been granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis and his
22 financial situation has not improved, Plaintiff requests the normal fee be waived.
23 Plaintiff is requesting a transcript for Appeal purposes of all four days in their entirety, Jury
24 Instructions, proceedings without the J present, including phone conferences between the parties
25 and the Judge as they relate to Questions from the Jury.
