I7 scheduled 4 day Trial was held on l/23/07 to 1/25/07 only 3 days were afforded.

23 Plaintiif requests the Entire Trial Transcript be Prepared at the Governments Expense due to
24 Plaintiffs being granted leave to proceed Fomia Pauperis due to his inability to pay caused by the
25 action ofthe Defendants in this matter.

1 Plaintiif assures this court his financial circumstances has not improved during the trial of this
2 action, in fact has gotten worse because his revolving loan has since been stopped as verbally agreed
3 upon after the Enal Judgment was rendered.
4 Plaintiif iiirther feels it is necessary to obtain said transcript in order to continue in his quest
5 for redress for the wrongs he has suifered, and to be able to include the Transcript in his Appeal.
