Defense counsel's argument re: Defendants' Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law [doc. 313] held. Plaintiff request to submit his response in writing. If the jury's verdict is either for plaintiff or there is no verdict, IT IS ORDERED plaintiff shall submit his response in writing within 10 days of today's date. If the verdict is for defendants, the motion will be deemed moot and no response is to be filed. 3:04 p.m. Recess. 4:37 p.m. Reconvene. Jury present. Verdict read as follows: "We, the Jury, duly empaneled and sworn in the above-entitled action, upon our oaths, do find in favor of Defendants Brad Weekley and Guy Gorman." 4:38 p.m. Plaintiff leaves the courtroom. Defense counsel waives polling the jury. The Court advises the jury the admonition is lifted and they are discharged. 4:40 p.m. Court is adjourned.
