ORDER RE: EXHIBITS IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the plaintiff's trial exhibits in the above-entitled case are to be returned to plaintiff. Plaintiff is directed to retain custody of the exhibits until the case has been completely terminated, including all appeals. Plaintiff is further directed to make the exhibits available for review by opposing counsel, as necessary, for appeal. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the plaintiff is to remove the exhibits from the custody of the Clerk of the Court, pursuant to LRCiv 79.1, by February 28, 2007, or the Clerk may destroy or otherwise dispose of those exhibits.
