IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting the Claims Deadline for Opt-Ins to return the "Claim for Wages and Release" attached to the Notice to the claims administrator no later than thirty (30) days after the date such Notice is mailed by the claims administrator. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting the deadline for Opt-Ins to object to the proposed settlement no later than thirty (30) days after the date the Notice is mailed by the claims administrator.
