13 IT IS ORDERED granting preliminary approval to the Collective Settlement
I4 Agreement Between Plaintiffs and Defendant Bank of America (the “Proposed
15 Settlement Agreement") submitted to the Court as Exhibit A to the Joint Motion;
16 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED approving the form of Notice of Pendency and
17 Settlement of Collective Action for Unpaid Overtime Compensation (the "Notice")
IB submitted to the Court as Exhibit B to the Joint Motion;
19 IT iS FURTHER ORDERED tliat Plaintiffs counsel shall provide a list of the
20 names and mailing addresses of members of the collective to the claims administrator
21 within ten (l0) days ofthe date ofthis Order.
22 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting the Claims Deadline for Opt—lns to return
23 the "Claim for Wages and Release" attached to the Notice to the claims administrator no
24 later than thirty (30) days after the date such Notice is mailed by the claims
25 administrator.
