ORDER

Before the Court is Plaintiff's "Affidavit for Extension of Time" filed August 15, 2005. In his motion, Plaintiff requests an extension of time to file his response to Defendants' motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff states that his access to the law library or paralegal assistance is limited, and that he has not been able to complete his legal research. Defendants do not oppose the extension, but request that no further extension of time be granted. September 6, 2005. The Court will grant Plaintiff one last extension of time to respond to Defendants' motion. Defendants' motion was filed on June 14, 2005. With the extension of time granted herein, Plaintiff will have had approximately 3 months to craft a response to the motion. No further motions for extension of time will be entertained by the Court, and no further extension should be expected. Accordingly, /// Plaintiff's response is currently due on

IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's "Affidavit [Motion] for Extension of Time" filed August 15, 2005 is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have 30 days from the date of the filing of this Order to file a response to Defendants' motion for summary judgment. Defendants shall have 20 days from the date Plaintiff's response is filed to file their reply. DATED this 18th day of August, 2005.
