16 Before the Court is Plaintiffs "Affidavit for Extension of Time" tiled July 18,
_ 17 2005. In his motion, Plaintiff states that he was recently transferred, and he is not
l8_ in possession of documents necessary to tile a response to Defendants' motion for
19 summary judgment.
20 In their response tiled July 19, 2005, Defendants state that they are currently
21 attempting to ascertain the whereabouts of Plaintiffs documents. lf they cannot be
22 located, Defendants state that they will replace his medical records and court
23 records within two weeks ofthe response's filing date. Accordingly,
24 IT IS ORDERED that:
25 1. Defendants shall provide Plaintiffs missing documents within 10 days of
26 the tiling of this Order, as stated in Defendants' July 19, 2005 response.
27 2. Plaintiffs "Affidavit [Motion] for Extension of Time" tiled July 18, 2005 is
28 GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have 40 days from the date ofthe tiling of this
