The Court further ordered the parties to confer and notify the Court with 17 proposed dates and times for closing arguments. After granting several extensions, the parties 18 were directed to file their respective Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Post-Trial 19 Briefs on or before October 31, 2005. The Court further ordered that closing arguments be set 20 within 30 days thereafter. In light of the current posture of this case, 21 IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' motion for leave to file an amended answer (Doc. 22 #80) is DENIED as moot; 23 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' motion for sanctions (Doc. #81) is 24 DENIED as moot. 25 26 27 28
