and Post-Trial Briefs in the above-captioned matter. An extension is sought due to unanticipated

conflicts in counsels’ schedules.

2 1 Through a prior stipulation between the parties, the deadline for submission of Proposed
22 Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Post-Trial Briefs is August 19, 2005. The parties
2 3 were to confer and stipulate to a date for oral arguments. The parties hereby stipulate and agree to
24 submit their respective post-trial submission on or before September 30, 2005. Oral arguments
2 5 shall be heard no less than 30 days thereafter. The parties further agree and stipulate that
