PROCEEDINGS: ORDER FROM CHAMBERS March 8, 2006 _____________________________________________________________________ In its order at docket 6, the court advised plaintiff that he must keep the court advised of his address and included explicit instructions on doing so. In addition, the order at docket 6 expressly warned plaintiff that if he failed to comply with all requirements of the order his case would be dismissed. It has now been established (see docket 66) that plaintiff has violated the order at docket 6 by failing to give the court notice of his current address. For failure to comply with the court's order, this case will be dismissed, which will render defendants' motion for summary judgment at docket 45 moot. For the above reasons, the motion at docket 45 is DENIED without prejudice as moot, and this case is hereby DISMISSED without prejudice. ______________________
