UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF ARIZONA

Under consideration is Defendants' Motion for Enlargement of Time to Supplement Discovery Responses, filed December 9, 2005 (#102). Defendants seek an extension of time until December 16, 2005 to supplement discovery responses, citing counsel's briefing schedule in other matters as cause for the delay. Plaintiff has not responded. On December 16, 2005, Defendants served supplemental responses. The Court finds good cause for the delay. Also under consideration is Plaintiff's Motion to Exceed Page Limits, filed December 9, 2005 (#103). Plaintiff seeks leave to exceed the seventeen page limit in responding to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (#88), citing his use of handwriting and the number of defendants and claims involved. Plaintiff has lodged a response that it is 20 pages in length. Defendants have not responded to the motion. The Court finds good cause to grant the request. In light of the motion to exceed, on December 21, 2005 Defendants filed a Motion to Extend the Time to Reply, seeking an extension until January 24, 2006 to reply in support of their motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff has not responded. The Court finds good cause. At the same time that they filed their motion to extend, Defendants also electronically filed a Motion to Supplement (#106). That document, however, is captioned for Camarena v. Ryan, CV-02-0710-PHX-SRB-ECV. Because the motion has no application to this
