Appellant Golden Eagle Insurance Company's unopposed motion for attorneys' fees pursuant to the parties' contract is granted. See Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 12-341.01. Accordingly, attorneys' fees in the amount of $25,262.50 are awarded in favor of appellant Golden Eagle Insurance Company and against appellee SWA Painting, Inc. See 9th Cir. R. 39-1.6; 9th Cir. Gen.
