Under consideration is Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time, filed November 18, 2005 (#98). Plaintiff seeks an extension of time to respond to Defendants' motion for summary judgment, citing delays in obtaining writing paper. Defendants have not responded to the motion. The Court finds good cause for the extension. Plaintiff has also filed a second motion to extend (#101) for the same reason, seeking an extension until December 9, 2005. That motion is moot in light of the grant of the former motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time, filed November 18, 2005 (#98) is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall respond to the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, filed September 7, 2005 (#88) within ten days of the filing of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time, filed December 5, 2005 (#101) is DENIED as moot.
