Subject: Message from the President, Joan Burnett
While my first email was meant to ease concerns of the community after the Sonoran News
Article some of you interpreted it to mean that there was abuse by staff members and that it
has been taken care of. Let me assure you that it is not the case. There has always been a
procedure in place to review credit card usage. However, we added to that procedure in order
to strengthen controls and ensure that unauthorized use of Terravita property would not
happen.
