The following action has been taken between Board Meetings and approved:
Based on the recommendation of Joan Bumett and Seconded byAaron Michaelson that
the Club end their relationship with Margaret Thayer and oifer the following options:
A severance package of 8 weeks salary in exchange for a letter of resignation and a
mutally accepted separation agreement. —
Termination effective December 3, 2002. l

While on Administrative Leave the Board investigated several issues which could affect
ongoing employment at Terravita.
Once we had all the facts we reviewed them with our attorney Jeff Silvyn.
You are employed “at w.ill" which means either you or the Club can terminate employment
at any time.
. 1. Your recent performance has been poor.
in 2. You lied to Board and we have proof of those lies. - u
3. You removed a legal document from the oiiice while you were on probation.
Your final pay will include any time due you including vacation. You may be billed for
‘ any personal items on your charges.
