I I will no longer tolerate the philosophy that because it is a golf club. .

. unacceptable for me to find out last week when reading the Sonoran
‘ _ News that they had called and spoken with several of you, or that a
decision about Director & Ofncer Insurance was past the deadline. I
don’t want to hear the rationale that you thought I was too busy, that
you had just taken care of it in the past, or any other excuse. While
· there was not a manager since July, there is now and whether you
like that fact or not d.oesn’t change that I am here and you have
someone to report to. Board members do not run the daily operation `
l do. _ _
l can be just asruthless as l have been nice. No one is ·
indispensable and as you have seen with several staff changes since
‘ . I started, there is always a back up plan.
With the exception of Steve, each of you reports directly to me. I
have the au_thority to terminate your employment at anytime without
having todiscuss it with either board regardless of what percentage
of your salary is allocated to country club.
lf any of you feel that you cannot work under this type of situation,
‘“ please have your resignation to me by 5pm today and you will receive
two weeks severance pay.
