` It is vital to all of our membership that Terravita is able to retain our qualified
personnel and _that these managers and employees are provided the environment, `
` which allows them to perform their job duties.` Our Boards are committed to _
assuring this work environment as recognition that only through our success in

hard work and effortsof our professional staff _
Both Boards will utilize the next several months to determine the ability of this
