Robert Nertsching, attorney for Martin David Norton, agree
to the following disposition in the petitions dated November 20,
1981 and December 3, 1931: ‘ · if ·
(1) Martin David Norton agrees to testify fully and·truthfu11y
- in any proceedings determined to be necessary by the
