Ii 2006, order. The Memorandmn is due to be filed on March 21, 2007, and we ask for an
jg extension through March 28, 2007.
2I3 We have discussed this request with Robert Gorman, counsel for Respondents,
I I who has authorized us to tell the Cotut that he has not objection.
I I The amount of additional time requested — one week -— is the result of a series of
I logistical problems that prevent filing the brief on March 21 as we anticipated we would

ii be able to do. Substantively, the brief is complete, but we have rim into a number of

`I logitical problems that will not allow us to file it when we anticipated, including: the
3 l crash of a computer; the difficulties that accompany the integration and formatting of
& Q different sections of the memorandum that have been prepared on two different word
5 processing systems using two different word processing programs; and the need to
collect, copy, and (for electronic filing) scan a large number of exhibits (that total more
i i than 70).
8 We avow that this motion is in the interests of justice and not made for purposes of
