PROCEEDINGS: ORDER FROM CHAMBERS March 6, 2006 _____________________________________________________________________ The court has reviewed the parties' response at docket 128 regarding completion of discovery and setting a trial date. Based thereon, the final pre-trial conference is hereby set for 9:00 AM on Friday, September 1, 2006, and the trial by jury is hereby set for 9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 5, 2006.

The above dates are contingent on a courtroom being available. It is anticipated that a courtroom will be available, and upon confirmation of that, the court will issue a standard order setting pre-trial deadlines for such things as marking exhibits, filing a trial brief, etc., and again noting the dates for the final pre-trial conference and trial. If a courtroom is not available, the court will find alternate dates and issue the order using the alternate dates. ___________________
