MINUTES OF THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA Weber v. Fleetwood Motor Homes of Indiana THE HONORABLE JOHN W. SEDWICK CASE NO. CIV 03-2606 PHX JWS
PROCEEDINGS:
ORDER FROM CHAMBERS
February 14, 2006
It appears to the court that this case is ready to be set for trial. Counsel will please confer and then file a response to this order within fifteen (15) days of the date of this order in which they certify that discovery has been completed, provide their estimate of the trial's duration, and suggest at least two mutually convenient dates for trial, the earliest of which shall be not less than six weeks from the date they file their response. The court will then set trial on one of the dates suggested by counsel if that can be done consistent with the court's existing obligations.
In the order which sets the trial date, the court will also set a series of dates for remaining pre-trial tasks such as marking exhibits, objections to exhibits, trial briefs, etc. The court sees no need for a pre-trial conference at this time, but it will set a final pretrial conference in the order which sets the trial date. Accordingly, the motion for a conference at docket 126 is DENIED.
