Pursuant to the parties' Joint Stipulation (doc. #135), IT IS ORDERED that the plaintiffs in the Rosa, Gaglione, and Wunder cases shall file amended complaints no later than May 10, 2006 for the purpose of adding Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company ("Allstate New Jersey") as a defendant. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company and Allstate Indemnity Company are dismissed as defendants in the Rosa and Gaglione cases. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Allstate Insurance Company and Allstate New Jersey shall have twenty days after the plaintiffs in the Rosa, Gaglione, and Wunder cases file the amended complaints to file their answers.
