3. 2. Based upon the parties' JOINT STIPULATION filed concurrently with this Order and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The plaintiffs in Rosa, Gaglione, and Wunder shall file amended complaints on or before May 10, 2006 for the purpose of adding Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company ("Allstate New Jersey") as a defendant; Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company and Allstate Indemnity Company are dismissed as defendants from Rosa and Gaglione; Allstate Insurance Company and Allstate New Jersey shall have twenty days after the plaintiffs in Rosa, Gaglione, and Wunder file the amended complaints to file their answers.
