Rosenblatt [Proposed Order filed concurrently herewith] As stated in the JOINT RESPONSE TO ORDER RE CLARIFICATION OF FORM OF CLASS NOTICE AND IMPLEMENTING ORDER (Document No. 134, filed April 19, 2006), the parties make the following stipulations: 1. The plaintiffs in Rosa, Gaglione, and Wunder shall file amended complaints on or before May 10, 2006 for the purpose of adding Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company (referred to herein as "Allstate New Jersey") as a defendant. The plaintiffs in Rosa and Gaglione agree to dismiss Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company and Allstate Indemnity Company as defendants. Allstate Insurance Company and Allstate New Jersey shall have twenty days after the plaintiffs in Rosa, Gaglione, and Wunder file the amended complaints to file their answers. 1
