MOTION TO CONTINUE

COMES NOW the Defendant, Andrew Taylor, by and through

15 undersigned counsel, and respectfully moves to continue the 16 hearing on the Probation Department's request to modify terms and 17 conditions of Defendant's supervised release which is presently 18 set for August 22, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. for approximately one week. 19 Undersigned counsel will be out of the state of Arizona from 20 August 21 through August 24 and thus will not be available for the 21 schedule August 22 hearing. 22

Assistant United States Attorney John Lopez has advised
