1 Undersigned counsel, Mr. Rosenquist, is a CJA attorney and would like to be appointed for Taylor's

appeal if possible. Taylor has also requested that undersigned counsel be appointed to represent him on appeal. Taylor has no funds to pay for counsel to represent him on appeal because he used all of the proceeds from the sale of his home to pay off his restitution, pay his bankruptcy lawyer, and to pay for his first appeal.
