MOTION TO SET SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE

Defendant, Danny Hudson, through undersigned counsel, respectfully moves this Court to set a settlement conference before a magistrate judge. The government and counsel have no objection to this request. Defendant further requests that the probation department prepare a settlement sentencing calculation memo to be disclosed to counsel at least one day prior to the scheduled settlement conference. Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(F) and 8(A) will NOT occur as a result of this motion or any order based thereon. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this 13th day of December, 2005.
