Defendant Hudson, through undersigned counsel respectfully moves this Court to continue his trial now scheduled for November 8, 2005. Mr. Hudson's health precludes a trial at this time for reasons stated in the sealed document filed by the Government. The Defendant requests a continuance of the trial for an additional sixty (60) days. Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(F) may occur as a result of this motion or any order based thereon.
