IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA
) ) Plaintiff, ) ) ) v ) ) ) DANNY LYNN HUDSON, ) ) Defendant. _______________________________ )
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
Case No. CR04-1065-PHX-DGC
ORDER
Upon motion of the defendant and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED
16
that the defendant's Motion to Continue Trial is granted pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §3161
17
(h)(8)(A). This court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a
18
continuance outweigh the best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. This
19
finding is based on the court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would
20
unreasonably deny the defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation,
21
taking in to account the exercise of due diligence.
22
18 U.S.C. §3161(h)(8)(b)(IV).
23
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED continuing the trial of this case from October 11, 2005,
24
to November 8, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. in Phoenix, Arizona.
