Undersigned counsel moves this Court to continue the trial set on August 9, 2005, for approximately 30 days, for the reason that Mr. Hudson recently had surgery and counsel has not been able to contact him. The Government has no objection to this motion. Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(F) may occur as a result of this motion or any order based thereon.
