Before the court is plaintiff's Petition for Forma Pauperis Status (doc. #9). By orders entered August 4, 2004 (docs. #5 and 7), plaintiff's Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis was granted, with payments of the filing fee over time as required by federal statute. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition for Forma Pauperis Status (doc. #9) is denied as moot to the extent it is already adjudicated in docs. #5 and 7. To the extent the petition may seek to modify the requirements for continuing payment of the filing fee as provided in doc. #7, the motion is denied on its merits.
