Darrel Eston Lee moves this court to extend the due date for ten days for him to reply to the Respondent's Response to Petitioner's Consolidated Motion for Discovery and Evidentiary Hearing and to Expand the Record Under Habeas Rule 7 with Incorporated Memorandum of Law from November 22, 2005 to Monday, December 2, 2005. Petitioner's attorneys needs additional time to prepare the reply. The Response is approximately twenty pages of primarily legal arguments with citations to multiple United States Supreme Court cases. Assistant Attorney General, Dawn Northup, does not object to the requested extension of ten days. Lead counsel had previous commitments out of the office for the week of November 13th. Second counsel has been involved in several all day hearings and meetings with the court in
