Darrel Eston Lee moves this court to extend the due date for his motions for evidentiary

20 development for two weeks from August 24, 2005 to September 6, 2005. 21

Counsel have worked diligently to prepare the motions for evidentiary development and are

22 about 80% complete. However, a short continuance is necessary to finalize the motions. Lead counsel 23 will be attending a federal habeas corpus seminar from the 25th through the 28th of August. Co-counsel 24 was out of the country from the 30th of July through the 16th of August. 25 26 27 28
