PROCEEDINGS: ORDER FROM CHAMBERS December 7, 2006 _____________________________________________________________________ Counsel are directed to confer and then file a joint report on or before January 12, 2007. The report must set out at least two mutually convenient trial dates, the earliest of which may not be less than ten weeks after the report is filed. The report shall also set forth the parties' best estimate as to the number of days required for trial. Subject to the court's calendar, the court will then set a trial date as close as possible to one of the dates identified by the parties and issue an order providing for the completion of various pre-trial milestones (marking of exhibits, objections to exhibits, trial witness lists, trial briefs, and the like). ______________________
