It has come to the court's attention that plaintiff's full social security number and date of birth have been disclosed in filings submitted by both parties. To avoid drawing more attention to this problem than is necessary, the court will say only that the information was disclosed in copies of plaintiff's deposition. The Clerk of Court and counsel for both parties are directed to immediately consult with each other about how to bring the filings in line with the privacy policy expressed by the E-Government Act of 2002, Pub. Law 107-347 § 205. Also, counsel are directed to review the other filings in this case for compliance with that policy.
