16 Plaintiff, Connie Aims, and Defendant AdvancePCS, by and through their
17 undersigned counsel, for the reasons outlined below, respectfully request the Court to
18 continue to a later date the telephonic oral argument on Defendant’s Motion For Summary
19 Judgment currently scheduled for Friday, Jtme 23, 2006.
20 Pursuant to the Court’s Order of June 6, 2006, a telephonic hearing on this matter was
21 _ scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Alaska Daylight Time (9:00 a.m. Arizona time) on June 23, 2006.
I 22 { Prior to the scheduling of this hearing, Plaintiff s counsel had agreed to escort and chaperone
E 23 lla group of boy scouts on an outing to Lake Powell from the evening of June 20, 2006 through
24 1 June 24, 2006. Plaintiffs counsel son is one ofthe youth participating on this trip. Although

25 defense counsel was available for the hearing on June 23, 2006, he is also leaving on

26 vacation the afternoon of June 23, 2006 and will be unavailable until July 6, 2006.
