17 an extension of time in order to comply with the Court's Order of June 23, 2006 and the 18 Notice to Filer of Deficiencies in Electronically Filed Documents received on June 28, 2006 19 regarding the inclusion of personal identifiers in documents previously filed by both parties. 20 The court's order indicated the parties should work together to resolve this issue and bring 21 the filings in line with the privacy policy expressed in the E-Government Act of 2002, while 22 the Notice to Filer of Deficiencies in Electronically Filed Documents indicated that the 23 deficiency must be corrected within one business day. However, counsel for Defendant has 24 been out of state on vacation since June 23, 2006 and will not return until July 5, 2006, 25 making consultation between the parties very difficult. Therefore, Plaintiff requests the Court 26
