NOW COMES, ALBERTO ABED-SCHEBAIKAN, Calezar, Ltd., and Uptongrove, Ltd., [hereinafter, "Claimants"], and file this Notice with Respect to Status Report, and in support would show the Court as follows: 1. That upon being advised that the repair of the Lear Jet 31A is nearing completion,

21 counsel inquired of SIASA concerning the engine logs and other maintenance logs and 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 certificates for the Lear Jet. Counsel understands that these logs and documents are valuable and will add considerable value to the ultimate sale price of the Lear Jet. 2. That accordingly, undersigned counsel have sought to locate said items in order that they may be furnished to the purchaser of the Lear Jet and assist in obtaining the optimum price. 1

That although SIASA's lease of the Lear 31-A has expired, and it no longer has any interest in the Lear Jet as of the expiration of that lease, SIASA has provided these documents to undersigned counsel for the claimants and same are available to the Court or its designate to submit for the sale of the aircraft.
