Movants Alberto Abed, Calezar, Ltd., and Uptongrove, Ltd. Motion to Quash and for 14 Protective Order came on for consideration. After reviewing the Motion and noting that a 15 Motion for Stay is pending and answering discovery may burden the Claimants rights against 16 self incrimination and also the Rule 26 (d) conference has not taken place, the Court finds 17 that the Motion should be granted. 18 It is ordered that the Notice of Deposition of Alberto Abed is Quashed and that a 19 Protective Order is entered such that Movants are not required to respond to the 20 Interrogatories and Requests for Admissions served on them on October 21, 2005 until such 21 discovery requests are served after the meeting of the parties takes place pursuant to FED. 22 R.
