NOTICE OF PARTIES WHICH CONTINUE TO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE LEAR JET

15 parties which continue to claim and interest in the aircraft, counsel have conferred in the past 16 twenty days in different manners and the following list of interested parties which claim an 17 interest in the defendant Lear Jet is accurate and complete to the best of the knowledge of the 18 undersigned, based upon information received. 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 1. Goldstein, Goldstein and Hilley represent only Alberto Abed-Schebaikan, Calezar, Ltd, and Uptongrove, Ltd, and no others claiming an interest in the Lear Jet. 2. Cynthia Orr advises that the interest of SIASA, represented by Alan Bickart, was limited to a lease which had expired and SIASA no longer wished to participate in the case. In addition, this Court entered a default judgment regarding the interest of SIASA, forfeiting it to plaintiff. 3. Lawson Pedigo represents Soctiabank, doing business in Mexico as Inverlat Bank, which claims that the aircraft was purchased at least in part with funds traced to a bank fraud on the Mexican Bank.

4. Geoffrey Young represents Bombardier Capital, Incorporated (BCI) regarding the financing arrangements for the purchase of the aircraft. In essence, BCI claims a security interest in the aircraft. 5. Plaintiff seeks the forfeiture of the Lear Jet for the reasons stated in the complaint. Filed in this action. There are no other parties which have both filed a statement of interest and an Answer nore

7 which have communicated any claim of interest to the aircraft to the undersigned. 8 As an additional service to the Court and parties, plaintiff also provides a list of attorneys

9 who appear on some, if not all, certificates of mailing, and which appear to no longer represent 10 a party.
