[hereinafter, "Claimant"], and file this Motion for Leave to File a Supplemental Reply 15 of the Claimants to the Response of the Plaintiff Regarding the Motions to Stay and to 16 Quash. 17 1. The Plaintiff's Supplement is new and includes an affidavit of Assistant United 18 States Attorney James Lacey concerning the fact that a criminal investigation of the 19 Claimants is ongoing and relates to the same matters addressed in the civil forfeiture. 20 2.
