in relation with the facts that arose from the fraud performed by Mr. Jaime Ross
against the Bank Institution Scotiabank Inverlat in Mexico City; investigation
submitted by request from the United States of America against my client.

knwoledge, Att. Cynthia Hu jar Orr, that under penalty of perjury under the laws of
the United States of America, I state that I obtained the following documents,
Homeland Security and its replay from the Subprocuraduria de Investigacion
Especializada en la Delincuencia Organizada de la PGR that were delivered to your
attention, trough the PGR due to the secrecy with which this information was
handled, trying to implicate my client. That is why, in accordance with the article
20 of our Mexican United States Political Constitution, I keep to myself the omission
of my informative source, due to the reason that failing in doing so, could cause
danger in his physical and psichological integrity, attaching simple accurate copy of
such documents.
The reason of this affidavit and the documentation that was addressed to I
your attention, is to contribute to the defense of my client, Mr. Alberto Abed
Schekaiban, in the United States of America.
