15 number one, plaintiff files this report. 16 On or about March 3, 2006, the undersigned received the status report attached hereto and 17 incorporated by this reference as Exhibit A. The aircraft has been moved to a facility for 18 painting; the engines have been returned; and the evaluation of the systems present on the 19 airframe are continuing. The aircraft is expected to be ready for a test flight in the early part of 20 April. Plaintiff will continue to provide periodic updates regarding the progress of the repair of 21 the aircraft as similar bulletins or reports are received. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 PAUL K. 5 The aircraft was temporarily relocated to Stewart Aviation Services on 02-28-06 for
stripping and repainting. and repainting is now four weeks and not three weeks as previously stated.

Stripping material was expected to arrive on 03-03-06 and

6 stripping of the aircraft should commence on 03-06-06. The estimated time for stripping 7 8 Honeywell was contacted on 03-02-06 in regards to returning the engines to the
been removed from the Honeywell damaged engine list.
