CAME TO BE CONSIDERED Goldstein, Goldstein & Hilley's Motion to Determine the Existence of a Conflict of Interest. After careful consideration, the Court finds that Plaintiff's pleadings in Response at Docket Numbers 157 and 160 are not the proper vehicles for raising issues of misconduct and conflict of interest. Accordingly, the above referenced motion is GRANTED, and Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to file proper pleadings articulating each specific instance of alleged misconduct giving rise to an issue of conflict of interest between Claimants and their Counsel and present to this Court evidence in support thereof. Should Plaintiff fail to file such pleadings within _____days of this Order, or show good cause why such cannot be accomplished, all allegations of misconduct and conflict of interest shall be stricken for the purposes of this cause.
