I make reference to the judicial process taking place in the District Court of Arizona in the case of the _
Government of the United States of America v. Lear J et model 3 IA, serial number 3 lA—244 and U. S. register
number N224LJ, in which the documents listed below, and of which copies are enclosed herewith, were
submitted:
1. Document with the Seal of the U. S. Department of Homeland Security;
2. Official Letter with the heading of the Office of Assistant Attorney Investigating Organized Crime;
3. Statement addressed to the District Court of Arizona signed by Miguel Angel Corrales Aranda,
Esqjndicating that the documents listed as items 1 and 2 were delivered to him by the Federal Deputy
Attorney General Ivan Villaverde Garcia and that according to what that Prosecutor said, the person that
signed the document listed as item I is José Luis Marmolejo Garcia.

apocryphal. I, therefore, request your help in determining the authenticity of the SIEDO document. I also
request you inform this Office if Deputy Attomey General Ivan Villaverde Garcia provided the documents
listed to Miguel Angel Corrales Aranda, Esq. and if so, where did he obtain the document with the Homeland

In the event that Deputy Attomey General ivan Villaverde Garcia did not provide said documents, please
indicate so in writing as well as infonning us of the availability of the Deputy Attorney General and of José
Luis Marmolejo Garcia, Esq. to testify before the District Court of Arizona as to the authenticity of the SIEDO
document and its contents.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions as to this matter.
